Use these disks to monitor student understanding. Each student should have a double sided disk at their seat, and when you're asking the class a question (whole group), students can answer the questions by turning the disk to the correct color or response and hold it up for you to check. This will let you take a quick inventory of who understands the question/concept being taught and who doesn't.
