Are your students struggling to stay on top of assignments for your class? Are you working to help students build responsibility and independence in your classroom? If so, consider adding this assignment tracker to your classroom routine.
This word file gives students a place first to set assignment completion goals and action steps, then a place to chart their class assignments. Throughout the marking period, students check off their completion habits and use these results for continued goal monitoring.
The file includes two different models (same content). One version is a generic version that can be used regardless of school or subject. The second version is adapted for my school and features our school mascot the Husky, along with my subject area. The purpose is to show an easy modification to personalize this record keeping file for your own classroom and school.
