I haven't tried it yet but have downloaded it and can hardly wait to try it! I am including it on my students ' desks and when I send my kids back to their desks to think over a problem, they will now have a visual clue to remind them!

Oh no! I've never heard of that before either! Please contact the support team if you run into this problem again... maybe it's your Internet browser? I know they've been having issues with certain browsers for file uploads so maybe it's the same for downloads.
