I've used this template for 10 years and it really helps me cut down on paperwork. I use it every morning to check off and note reading at home homework and jot notes about progress in the right column. This is very handy for parent conferences since there is a whole week's worth of notes on one page! It's also great for beginning of the year paperwork, field trip forms, lunch counts, etc. Just add your student names!
