Here's an easy way to keep track of student information and parent contacts all in one!
Print back to back.
On one side is all the student info that I need to have handy for easy reference. Have parents complete it for you at the beginning of the year.
On the other side is where I input all my parent/student contacts throughout the year. I look up the number and while talking to parent I record my notes on the back.
It makes it super easy to keep track of contacts throughout the year!
