This Math Reflection Sheet may be used in conjunction with progress reports, report cards or conferences. I am personally including it in our student work portfolios. We all want students to be responsible and reflective This will serve as a guide. It also provides documentation in a time when higher standards of accountability are being expected of teachers. I hope this sheet will be beneficial to you.

I have been a public school teacher for 33 years; sharing my experience between two beautiful states, North and South Carolina. Over the course of my career, I have taught Chorus, Drama, Guitar, General Music, Biology, Algebra, Middle School Math and Science. I have National Board Certification in addition to certifications in all the above areas plus Academically Gifted Education. As you might be able to surmise, I consider myself to be a "life-long learner" and I hope that I can inspire my students to be the same.
