I am in my 20 plus years of teaching (I stopped counting at twenty), and have taught a wide variety of students. My school experience is also varied, having taught successfully at both public and private schools all across the United States. I have taught Adult Vocational Life Skills, second and third grade students. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with and train professional development sessions on reading and writing workshop sessions. I have also worked with teachers on word study and poetry sessions with my fellow colleagues. I hope to help and share my literacy experience with other dedicated teachers.
