This basic, flexible student self evaluation rubric is ideal for both students and the teacher to monitor and keep track of student performance, attitude, and behavior. Students circle the points the believe they earned ranging from 1-4 in four categories: preparation, participation, attitude, and behavior. There is also room for teacher commentary and a space for student and parent signatures.
A self evaluation is the best way to ensure student engagement on all fronts.
