Use these two forms as a recording tool for mini student-teacher conference to get to know your students better and build a personal relationship as you discover their interests, hobbies, reading habits, and preferences. Use the information to help you identify and locate books, magazines, poetry, and other reading materials to match up texts to the students interests and motivate them to value reading for leisure.
Begin the year with the initial form, and proceed with the follow up every 2-3 weeks.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know about a typo in your Student-Teacher Mini Reading Conference forms. It says "peaked" your interest instead of "piqued" you interest. I love the product and am grateful for the freebie. It makes reminds me to really get to know students' reading preferences!
