TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
For the past four years I have worked as a special education teacher at a fully inclusive elementary and middle school in Chicago. I have taught middle school (5th through 8th grade) for the past three years and meet my students' needs by pushing into the classroom, differentiating work, making modifications that my students' needs, and collaborating with the classroom teachers to create universally designed units and lessons that challenge and engage all learners. I am lucky to work at such a great school where I am able to co-teach, collaborate, and challenge my students in creative ways every single day! I am now excited to share these things with you all!
