Need activities for Summer? Here you go! This word work packet is similar to my other versions of my "read write draw" available for purchase and free download. I use these sheets for morning work, or "bell work" when my students arrive in my classroom. You will find simple sentences using Summer & Picnic related vocabulary as well as high-frequency words meant for review and practice. I have included differentiated versions of each sentence in the file for a total of 10 original sentences. I have included two versions of each sheet, one has a blank handwriting line for more advanced writing practice. The other has traceable words for writers needing more assistance. I am currently teaching 1st Grade, and love it! I have also previously taught Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 2nd grade.
