Place Value Game
How to Play: Cut out and laminate all cards. Make sure there is one set of cards per team. Laminate the Place Value Sheet. Each student needs one of these. Once the cards are shuffled, one student draws a card. He/She can decide where to place that card (Hundreds, Tens, Ones, or Discard). You cannot move the card to a different spot once it is placed. This play goes on until the board is filled with a number in the hundreds. Have students fill out the recording sheet after each game. You can play this a couple different ways: Largest number wins Smallest number wins.
Hi Beth, My name is Marj Myers and I am Melody Jones sister. I have retired after teaching kdg 1st and 2nd grade for 34 years. I would like to put some things on this but have lots of questions. Melody thought that maybe you could answer them for me. I know you are busy getting ready for school, but if you could, I would rather email you. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you so much.
