This is a great game to accompany a unit on the 5 senses. Students play the matching game and name which sense would be used to identify each item. There are "cold, wet flippers," "a noisy sea gull" and "delicious watermelon," just to name a few. A cut-and-glue response sheet covering 4 of the 5 senses is also included.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching for almost 13 years, most of them spent teaching pre-K and kindergarten. I also have experience teaching up to 3rd grade. I have used my love of reading to develop a set of 30 phonics-based beginning reading books for use in preschool-first grade. In addition, I have developed sets of reading games and math games that can be used in the classroom or as take-home activities and can be adjusted to address various skill levels. I also have a range of hands on, cut-and-glue materials which keep young students engaged. They have proven to be a success in my own classroom and I'm excited to share them on Teachers Pay Teachers!
