I once read of a teacher who kept a sunshine journal. Same concept -- when a sunbeam steals in I am sorry I don't keep one. great for the kids to do this too.

This is really great and I love it, but I wouldn't be able to use it only because of the "font" used. I am so picky about my 2nd graders forming their letters correctly and this font combines lowercase/uppercase letters within a word. I would love this and use it if you ever do it in a different font. Thanks so much for sharing!

Susan, thank you for this feedback.I am sure you are not alone in your feelings and I take your point. I will certainly look into getting this packet updated to include a different font for those who feel the same way...I believe so strongly in helping children to think positively that I would like as many teachers to be able to use this product as possible! You are my kind of person - so caring, generous, grateful, open, willing to hear others' views, and the list goes on and on....... I taught in an independent school in Port Elizabeth, South Africa for 16 years prior to the birth of my daughter.
