I really love this project idea. I am using it for my 12th grade Economics students, and it is a great extension to the film (which I DON'T love by the way)....the only suggestion I would make is to add a component which ties the cost of fast food to the whole evaluation process. I am having my students allocate 2500 calories per day for 7 days using only the fast food restaurants within a mile of our school, and calculating the cost of their choices. Thanks again for your great idea.
