I purchased this and am having trouble printing this in color. It spools to our printer at school but then disappears. We can print in b/w and we can print a single page in color... any insight or help you can give me?

Oh my goodness! That is so weird! I really have no idea what to tell you. Maybe you could save it to your desktop or to a disc and then re-open it? I have never heard of this happening before. Maybe I could email it to you and then you could save it that way? I am at a loss...So sorry.
