We use this as our daily question each morning and it is something the students totally enjoy! A great way to get in math and you can even tie in using ten frames, tally marks, etc. as an alternate way to count and keep track of votes.

Hi there! I just downloaded it again from TpT to make sure nothing happened to the file and it appears to be fine.
If you are using a MAC, you will need to open it in Adobe, not preview.
Also, be sure you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe. This product has been downloaded hundreds of times, so I am not sure why it is not working for you. Will you keep me updated (otherwise I will worry about you)?

i am hooked on the survey says....my children look forward to the question everyday and it makes practicing their name a breeze too...
my question is...will you make other survey says packets?....i only have 2 questions left from the original...;-( so i was hoping it was something you were going to upload to tpt this weekend. otherwise we will be experiencing withdrawals mid week!

What I can do is just make the editable page for you and email it to you. It is just one page and won't be too hard. I don't want to remake the whole product (I hope you understand). The editable versions are tedious and troublesome.
Someone asked me if I would make a D'nealian roll a letter version. I felt bad saying no, but that would have taken forever because each letter is in a text box...
