This chart is a great way for students to analyze the symbols in Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. It contains appealing graphics with room for students to write down what the symbols mean, evidence for their representation and connection to other symbols they may be familiar with. Students become familiar with the symbols in the literature and connect it with prior learning.
Nice. I wish that you had provided an answer key with some suggested answers and I guess I don't have a very sophisticated computer because only two of the images showed up on the graphic organizer, in their place there is a message about Quick Time and TIFF being needed to see the picture, so that's a little disappointing. Overall quite useable.

I have purchased this organizer but it does not provide the page numbers to find each symbol and most of the pictures do not download correctly.

It is a blank organizer that the students use to take their own notes as they read, I did not advertise page numbers. Make sure you have updated quicktime viewer for photos.

Before becoming a teacher, I was a substitute teacher as I attended my undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Geneseo. I have been a high school English teacher in New York State for 10 years. My undergraduate work consisted of Secondary Education with Concentration in English and History from SUNY Geneseo. My master's degree concentrated on integrating technology into the curriculum from the University of Phoenix Online. Many of my lessons integrate the use of technology in some way.
