There are 16 synonyms for each word, except, "said," which has 36 synonyms. There synonyms are presented in 3 formats so that you can use whichever ones work for you. They are:

The 2-page List

Hi! I bought this earlier in the year as a way of focusing my thinking as I prepared some writing lessons. Now that I have taught the lessons I want to know if I can put it on my classroom web site as a way of creating a home resource. I have very few students who use the web system and think this might be a way of getting them to connect with what is going on in the classroom. I just don't want to infringe on your picture of copywriting. Do I have your permission to post?

Hi Angela,

Thanks so much for asking. The main thing is to be sure that it is not available to anyone except your students. If you website is public, then it would indeed violate copyright as anyone who finds it (possibly with the keyword "synonyms") would be able to download it. But if your site can only be accessed by your students than it would be fine.

Try downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader. That usually takes care of the issue.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Most of my teaching experience is with gifted and talented students in grades 2-4, though I have worked with children of all ages in general education classrooms as well. A few years ago I stopped teaching in order to write nonfiction children's books full time. Gradually over the last couple of years, my career has switched from writing to creating teaching materials here on Teacher Pay Teacher. I love creating teaching products (most recently task cards) and feel just as passionate about my work now as I did when I was teaching. I also love knowing that my products help thousands of teachers and reach tens of thousands of students.
