This unit was designed to keep your young learners engaged during the holiday season. There are activities to use with your whole class as well as those that can become part of a literacy or math station. Many of these activities were created to reinforce skills you have been working on that students need to continue to practice.
These are some of the activities that your students will have fun with;
1. Sight Word Games
2. CVC Practice
3. Recording syllables in a word
4. Emergent Readers to build fluency
5. Number Sense Work
6. Thinking Maps to build vocabulary and language
I think these activities are perfect for kindergarten, primary special education students, and first graders.

Fran,
I have been following you on your blog and you mentioned the turkey retell bead book. Is this book on TPT? I would love to use it next week. Thanks!
No and that is so frustrating. I haven't got a clue. Lots of teachers in my district bought it so I am thinking I would have heard from them????

Hi!
I just purchased this but I need some different sight words. I can't seem to do this on my own from your template. Any chance I could send you the words I need for you to change and send to me?
