Once I started using this method with my own students, they started doing one research project after another on their own!

I love the idea of using file folders with envelopes to hold the note cards. My students are forever losing their note cards. This should really help them keep track of them.

What a great way to organize research. I haven't used it yet, but it looks like the envelopes would take the fear out organizing research. I like how easily it will turn into a research paper, plus I think the students will enjoy the folder/envelope format.

I taught kindergarten and 1st grade in Sylvania, Ohio at Hill View Elementary school for eight years. My family then moved to Cobb County, Georgia and I taught for 18 years in grades 2-4. I was very lucky to be In Cobb County, and to teach at two great schools, Addison Elementary and Bullard elementary.
