This download is for two versions of my Teacher's Aide's Guide. You are able to download them in Word so that you can edit them and taylor them to your own classroom needs. I created these because I found it was easier to prevent problems, than to fix them once they started. I never thought being a classroom teacher would mean that I would be the boss of other adults. I found I was not prepared and that the aides did not know what I expected of them. These guides have worked well for me. I suggest modifying them for your own use and then having your principal approve them before handing them out to your aide/aides.
