This can be used as a guided note sheet to teach geometry students how to find the area of a trapezoid.

Trapezoids are first drawn on a grid to allow students to estimate the area, then find the exact area using the formula.

I used this to introduce the area of trapezoids to my students. The only issue I had was that the grid did not download correctly and I had to move some of the letters before I could print.
