What can't you learn from the Wizard of Oz? It's packed full of character lessons! I used 10 characters from the book/movie to exemplify 10 character education traits.
The little file includes 10 charts, each with one of the character traits I teach during the year. Each month we focus on a new trait. I post the focus on the board and display past traits on the wall.

One Extra Degree (TpT Seller)
I love this resource! For one of our field trips this year, we went to see a production of The Wizard of Oz. This was a great way to reinforce positive behavior and help the kiddos reflect on their own behaviors/attitudes in a non-threatening way. :) They really enjoyed the activity, and I loved that it also provided me with another opportunity to review character traits! Thanks for sharing!

I love, love, love these BUT would you be willing to switch a few words for me if I pay a little extra? I need the words Honesty, Caring, Respect and Responsibility for curriculum. Would you change Kindness to Caring and Integrity to Honesty, for me? Like I said I would be willing to pay extra because I know it would take time!
