Introduce your students to Time on the half hour with my 13 page SmartBoard Lesson! The file includes a lesson plan, pages to review time on the hour (video, interactive page), interactive pages to introduce "half past", link to interactive website activity and a link to a printable worksheet. This lesson does not address digital time. I use this lesson after my "time on the hour" smartboard lesson and then follow with my "time on the quarter hour" lesson (see my math products). Have fun learning about time!

Hello! I'm so glad you like the lesson! I'll to help... first, make sure you have smart notebook (software) on your computer. This is a smart notebook file and requires Notebook software in order to open it. If you don't have Notebook software, unfortunately, this file will not open. If you do have Notebook software and are just having trouble getting it on your computer, you can try dragging it out of your download file first before trying to open it. There are 2 other telling time lessons in my Math Category (time on the hour and time on the quarter hour). Both are .notebook files. I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, just leave me another message! If my lesson doesn't work for you, I hope you find some other great resources on TPT!!

Hi Lisa, I'm not sure if my kids have magically changed the clock or if it was always like this, but one the clocks in the 'half past hour' smartboard lesson has the number 9 and 6 in the wrong places. Is it me or did it come like this? I have tried to move the numbers myself but have not been successful. Look forward to finding out the mysterious answer! The kids are loving all your 'time' lessons and boy does it make life easier :)
