Make the beginning and end of the school year easier with this professional textbook sign-out template designed in Excel. It's quick and easy to copy and paste your class lists in the appropriate column, then later add the book number and condition of the book. When students get their textbook, they should sign their name in the appropriate column. Likewise, at the end of the year, students should sign their name in the appropriate column when the book is returned. Having student signatures next to book numbers eliminates any teacher vs. student disputes over whether or not a student is responsible for a given book.

Excellent form. I modified it by adding a column since I had my student list divided into two columns by first name and last name.
