Many will go to college, but only a few will actually graduate. One reason why millions of college students do not graduate is because they are caught off guard by the college culture and expectations. AchieverHouse has created a colorful 24x36 poster that will help 6th - 12th graders visualize what it takes to prepare and graduate from college. The text and illustration serve as a kid-friendly self-monitoring checklist. Higher level vocabulary words are included to expose students to college level terms and expectations. Most kids need a visual to grasp a dream that is years away. Teachers should constantly connect their academic and behavior expectations to the details on the poster. We surveyed professors to make sure that this poster was comprehensive and students to make sure that this poster was attention-grabbing.
