Make sure you save it to your desktop and then open it. If you try to open it first it doesn't work (especially if you are on a MAC.) Let me know if that does not work for you.

I just downloaded your literature study for The Boxcar Children. It downloaded as a PDF file, but it has no words or graphics... only lines. I can tell the outline of what you were doing, but there are no actual activities. I can see the sample pages, but I didn't get any of that. I also downloaded a few other PDF items, and they worked fine, so I don't think it is my computer. Please advise me on what to do. I was looking forward to using this material. It looks great in the sample.

I ordered The Boxcar Children - Literature Study and when I downloaded the materials, only the outlines of the pages showed up. The words/questions did not download. Do you know why this happened? Have you had problems like this before?
