This is a pilgrimage project that I gave my senior honors class. It can be adapted for any level by changing the amount of writing. It can also be adapted to work alongside a math class because the project requires students to track the money the spend on their trip. This assignment took my students about a month to do. It is writing intensive and I had to offer them time in the computer lab to do some research.
