Hi, I love your bright and cheery D5 posters. In my class, we talk about "Good Fit" books, instead of Just Right Books. Is there any way to edit the "I Pick" poster so that it aligns with the verbiage we use? Thank you for your creative work!

I am sorry that you are having trouble loading the D5 classroom pack. Make sure you have room in the file location that you are saving the document in. Sometimes that can get in the way of a download. If you still have problems, please email me (teachingreef@gmail.com) and I can try and e-mail the document to you. I know what it is like to want resources for you classroom and the computer will not work with you. I know this helps.

Thanks so much! I love that you enjoy how I design my products. As for you question, I mostly use Power Point or Word. Both of these programs are from Microsoft. They both have a button that allows you to convert them to a PDF when you save them. I hope this helps! Good luck in creating resources!

I am not sure why the Daily 5 Classroom Pack is not printing for you. I have not had any other person with this complaint. What is happening when you go to print the document? I am not sure how to help you, so the more information you are able to give me as to the problems you are having, would be great. If you need to e-mail me, you can do this at, teachingreef@gmail.com. LOVE your Daily 5 Classroom Pack (I can't believe it's free - it's FABULOUS)! I'm looking forward to your updated pack tomorrow! Here's my question: is there anyway to get the posters with the bunting blank or to be able to change the words? I would love to use these same posters around my room for a few extra things (naming my line leader, name signs for our class pets, etc.). Thanks!

There will be signs that you are able to edit in my unit that will be up and ready to purchase tomorrow. There are also a few classroom labels. However these will have clip art that is based on the center theme. I am also making a classroom theme kit that will have schedule cards and other items. This will be more basic with other sizes. I am planning on working on this for my classroom. I am just not sure of the date it will be ready on. But I will post updates on my blog about this. So keep checking in! Thanks for your question!

Could you add a vocabulary card to the pack? We are allowed to use Daily 5 at our school, but it is actually Daily 6 because Vocabulary has to be included. I love your pack and want to use it, but would like it all to match with Vocabulary being included. Thanks!

Thanks for your interest in my Daily 5 Unit! As far as the freebie, no not everything is for free =). Each week that I complete a chapter from the book I add resources to the unit. However, each week I also post some freebies from each chapter. I know how teachers love freebies {including myself} so I still wanted to give some resources for each component of the Daily 5. All of the resources that are pictured on my blog will be available to purchase on August 8th. Is there anything else that you are interested in seeing in this unit that I have not made already? Could you possibly change the posters from landscape to portrait on the sizes that have 4 to a page and email them to me? I have the 2 sided picture frames from ikea that take portrait instead of landscape that I would like to put these in with the icharts we create on the back. Then I will put each one in that area of the room to remind the students what they should be doing in that particular center! I love your posters...they are so cute! I can't wait to see what else you add to this packet!

Thanks for your question! I think you are referring to the small Daily 5 rotation cards. I can place them in a document that is portrait for you. However there will not be four on a page. The size of the rotation cards only allows them to fit when it is in landscape format. I already have done your request, so I will send you that. Hope that helps.

I just purchased you daily 5 packet and love it. however, i noticed that from your blog you have updated the chapters up to chapter 4. when i downloaded the packet it has some of the posters from chapters 3 and 4 but not the following from your blog pictures; read to self bubble sheet, response log, reading log ticket w/out girl, voice level poster, I pick posters. I would love to get a hold of these if I am able to.
