The Egg Hunt is a super fun math activity to use around Easter time to practice addition and subtraction to 18! The teacher fills plastic eggs with numbers up to 18. The students will "hunt" two eggs and record the numbers on their recording sheet. Once the numbers are recorded, the students will either add or subtract the two numbers to complete the number sentence. The name of the activity is "The Egg Hunt" but the kids call it their "Easter Egg Math". Enjoy! :)
