(Story of play: It is World War II and a young soldier has just returned from battle in North Africa to recuperate and receive plastic surgery from the horrible fiery explosion which left his face horribly disfigured. This play details the steps that one soldier must undergo to even begin the long road to recovery. Except for minor details, this is the same road which is now being traveled by many unfortunate soldiers coming home today from Iraq and Afghanistan.)
