This emergent reader little book will help young students practice early reading skills, while celebrating St. Patrick's Day.
On each page, the leprechaun finds a new clover that is a different color. The book follows the pattern: The leprechaun is looking for a lucky clover. I found a _____ clover. It is not lucky.
Finally, on the last page, the leprechaun finds a green lucky clover!!
Sight words included in this book are is, looking, for, a, the, I, it, and not. Color words are also practiced throughout this book.
This book includes the same text on both the top and bottom of each sheet of paper to make copying, sorting, stapling, and cutting easy to create a class set of little books!!
