This novel study is for the book "The One in the Middle is a Green Kangaroo. This book is a 2nd grade book (on an independent level), but could be used for younger grades in guided reading, or as a whole group. Upper grades could also benefit from this book study for struggling readers, or to work on reading strategies!

We use a scripted program, but I am always looking for fun and creative ways to enhance what is given to us (you need something to break up the monotony!). This was perfect. My kiddos green kangaroo writing looks adorable in the hallways - I've received many compliments! Thanks for sharing!
