The Outsiders-Slang and Idioms worksheets and Power Point Bundle
This bundle of activities includes,
a) A set of two worksheets that my class had a blast with. Remember a blast means fun, not a wild party as in the Outsiders!
b) A power point presentation that you can use as a follow-up. It gives the anwers and has colorful graphics that will add more fun to the lesson
Your students will probably get hacked-off or get mouthy, or even want to skin fight with you if you don't buy this bundle. Seriously each worksheet is a scream and should take about 30 minutes. I was surprised at how many of these slang and idioms I knew and my students didn't. I guess I am old!
These activities will introduce and provide insight into the 60's greaser lingo and heighten interest in the novel. Again my students really thought they were tuff!
