In 2012, Queen Elizabeth II celebrates 60 years as Queen of the United Kingdomand Head of the Commonwealth. A special programme of events has been organised which will take place during the first week in June.
This activity has been produced using UK English.
The activities include two differentiated sets of fact sheets and comprehension questions about the Queen's early life and accession to the throne, and a timeline of the 20th century and key events in the Queen's life. It forms part of a larger pack of activities which includes everything you will need to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee.

I love this resource but "color" is not U.K. English. Obviously "harbor" isn't U.K. English either, but that is acceptable because it is the name of an actual place when used as "Pearl Harbor". Thanks for the resource though!
Thanks for pointing this out. I have obviously uploaded the wrong version - the US version again instead of the UK version. The UK version definitely has UK English (colour...) and a different set of timeline cards which are more applicable a UK audience. I am uploading the correct version now, so please feel free to try downloading again.
