This game is designed to accompany a health/ nutrution unit. It is also great to use in January when there's all the talk of making New Year's resolutions/goals to live healthier!
This game comes with 4 types of cards:
1. cards displaying healthy food choices.
2. cards displaying unhealthy food choices.
3. cards listing healthy habits.
4. cards listing unhealthy habits.
If a player draws a healthy food choice/habit, he/she gets to move up a space on the game board. If a player draws an unhealthy food choice, he/she must do the fitness activity listed on the (the choice is given to do it alone OR have the rest of the group join in on the fun!). If a player draws an unhealthy habit, he/she must move back a space on the game board.
This game is an interactive game where students get to learn more about healthy living while having a lot of fun!
