First, check to make sure you have Notebook software. This is a .notebook file and requires Notebook software to open (it comes with a smart board). Each interactive whiteboard has its own software and they don't all work the same.
If this is the case, just click "contact us" at the bottom of the page to request a refund.
If you DO have Notebook software and its still not opening, just leave me another message here and I'll try to trouble shoot for you.
