This worksheet is designed with cost effective photocopying in mind. The 44 question worksheets are two pages that can be combined to a front/back copy using only 1 sheet of paper. No staples. Also, the puzzles are on two seperate pages that can be combined to a front/back copy as well.

The questions should take about 40-65 minutes to complete (depending on the student), and the puzzles should take about 30-50 minutes to complete (again depending on the student).

Every couple of sentences, there's another question in true or false, fill in the blank, define, multiple choice formats. As the student reads, boom, another question. They answer it and continue reading. Before you know it, they have finished reading the story and completed all questions for further lessons/discussions.

These worksheets are great for daily lessons, test/quiz grades, extra credit, homework, group work (in pairs of two), substitute teacher lessons, emergency lesson plans, great for ESOL or however you can imagine.
