This is a notebook file for smart-boards. This smart-board activity goes along with the book "There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Bat." In this activity students can move the objects and have the lady swallow them into her stomach. This help in retelling the story! Students will have to also sort objects by if they were swallowed or not swallowed. The next slide also has were the students move the objects that were swallowed to match their beginning letter. Students use picture to sequence the story. Students will be able to create a circle map on one of the characters. It also incorporates math by counting how many were swallowed by looking at a graph and having them write the number while determining more or less.
I am sorry it didn't come up. I want all my customers happy. What did you try and open it in? It is a smart-board Notebook file. I have a lot of others that have bought it recently and today that have said they loved it. I don't know why it wouldn't show up on your end. I can email you a copy too and see if that helps. Let me know, if you want me to email it to you. Thank you.

I'm so glad I found this! I love it and am sure my students will too. Thank you
You are very welcome. My students loved it so much that I made one for the book "There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves" and it compares both books. They loved it. It is now uploaded. :)

I currently teach kindergarten in North Carolina. I absolutely love teaching this age group because they are like sponges and you see so much growth in every child in just one school year.
