This Think Tac Toe Bundle contains 3 differentiated lit-tac-toes: Lit Tac Toe for fictional pieces of text, Tic Tac Bio for biographies, and Tic Fact Toe for use with other pieces of expositoy text. Each incorporate leveled tasks that help students demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of important literacy skills, such as sequencing, characterization, and summarizing. The think-tac-toe grids provide students with an opportunity to creatively respond to the different genres. The products integrate Thinking Maps with literacy skills, as well. Activities can be teacher selected according to readiness level or students can have a choice. The first column houses the most basic activities, the middle column's activities are more complex, and the last column contains the most challenging activities.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
I am currently a Talent Development Teacher for my district. I work to accelerate and challenge gifted students in grades K-5. Through close relationships and careful planning and collaboration with their classroom teachers, I am able to effectively meet the needs of these high ability learners. Before taking on this unique role, I taught 3rd grade for four and a half years. Immediately after graduating college, I spent nearly two years working with special needs students.
