This is awesome if you use the Rick Morris Clip Chart. My second clip down is time out. They fill this sheet out when the clip down to this. It became automatic after a few days. The font is the only problem (cursive ish) and some words are hard for 2nd graders (citizenship, etc).

Jamie, would it be okay if I changed the character traits on your "Think Time" Behavior Log to our schools "5 words". I love the worksheet, but it would work better for me if I could use different character traits for my students. Thanks!
