This is a fantastic product! Thank you. I have featured it here in my October's Best Teacher Freebies collection: http://thecornerstoneforteachers.com/2012/10/octobers-best-teacher-freebies.html
Thanks for pointing that out!
I have made a small change that hopefully addresses your concern. Please feel free to re-download.

This is a great poster. I would add one other important yet unpaid job - stay at home parent. You need math to pay the bills, buy groceries, help children with homework, etc.
Great idea! I added it, so please feel free to re-download.
Thanks so much for the feedback!

Thanks! We just had UCLA MBA students visit our classrooms as part of a Junior Achievement program...This is a super follow up to one of the points they emphasized to my 5th grade class.

Great idea to create this as a poster--this will help more kids get the point that we use math every day in our lives.

Thank you for making this poster. It's good for our kids to know they will be (most likely) using math after their schooling. I like the fill gradient on your headline text. Right now, I don't have a way to print out color sheets larger than 8.5 x 11. I wonder if you can create a smaller version (that be enlarged on a poster maker). Or a 2-page solution. Also if you want to break up the text, it might be interesting to intersperse pictures of professionals using math on the job amongst the job titles. Of course, this would make the poster longer, which won't help me right now!
Thank you for your efforts!
Hi! I have created this poster as an 8.5 x 14 document. I believe that any printer that can print 8.5 x 11 can print this size as well, you just need to change the paper. If this is not the case, I will gladly email you a smaller version.
Please email me at kimhartikainen@hotmail.com, and I will get back to you asap.

Love this poster! Math is used in these walks of life and more. Students will get the point... We need math! Thank you for sharing your creativity!
This is great! What a neat idea...this will serve as a wonderful visual reminder to students in classrooms all over the world. Thank you for sharing with us!
Love it! Especially because it is not only aimed at higher end jobs. I'm exclusively teaching bottom sets and they very often think they will never need math. With this list, they can see that, whatever they want to be, they still need math. Thanks.
I find it definitely makes a difference when they can see the long list for themselves! I caught a few of my students looking it over again just the other day!
Perfect! I'm always telling my students how math will help them in the future, this is another great way to encourage them to keep working hard in math, especially for those who have a bit of math phobia! Thanks for the freebie!
Love it! I have always had parents write in to me ways that they use math everyday to share with students. This will definitely help to get the kids to understand the importance of math!

Sorry for the delayed response. After I added your suggestion I guess I forgot to reply to tell you to re-download. I added elementary, middle, and high school teacher, as well as professor. Thanks for the suggestion.
