This Power Point Presentation is an excellent review that reminds 3rd grade students of the most imporant skills to know in the Numbers and Operations goal of the North Carolina Standard Course of Study (NCSCOS). The Numbers and Operations goal includes addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and fractions. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am currently a Talent Development Teacher for my district. I work to accelerate and challenge gifted students in grades K-5. Through close relationships and careful planning and collaboration with their classroom teachers, I am able to effectively meet the needs of these high ability learners. Before taking on this unique role, I taught 3rd grade for four and a half years. Immediately after graduating college, I spent nearly two years working with special needs students.
