This is a PowerPoint presentation that has many "ticket to leave" questions. I use them at the end of a class period to do anything from seeing how much they learned in that day's lesson to seeing how well thay understand a complicated concept. About 3 minutes befor the end of class, I pick an appropriate question from the PowerPoint and use it for a quick assessment. Students had their paper to me as they are leaving the classroom.
