"Time to Spiral Through First Grade" is a set of math worksheets that spiral through all the concepts First graders should learn. Each week the math sets include: daily worksheets, daily homework, and a weekly assessment.
This first packet is for the first week of the First 6 weeks of school. It includes: 4 guided practice worksheets on numbers and addition, 4 homework sheets on numbers and addition, and 1 assessment to be given on Friday.
I will be posting games and activities that will help you teach some of the skills as you go through each packet of material.
You are welcome! I used these worksheets and games when I taught first grade. My students were really strong at the end of each year. Spiraling what you teach helps students retain what they learn. Thanks for trying these worksheets. I also have worksheets, assessments and homework that takes students through a whole year. Enjoy!
Great! After week 1, I have posted week 2,3,4,5 and 6 all together as the first 6 weeks. The skills will get a little harder, but they will spiral so if they don't get it the first time, they will see it over and over. Good luck and I hope they are very successful. Nancy Dorries
P.S. I have also posted games and activities that go along with the worksheet skills. Check them out. Just type in my name and they will all come up. Thanks
Jennifer

Thanks, Susan. It's people like you that encourage me to keep this up. I hope I have it priced low enough that people will use it to help their child be successful. Nancy

I downloaded this for my homeschooled Kindergartener. We are ready for the next level and I have been searching for a good curriculum for his special needs and we have found it. I am downloading the next weeks as well.
Thanks, Let me know if you are successful in downloading the worksheets for the other weeks. I used this as my math curriculum during my last 3 years in first grade. My students had wonderful scores and 2nd grade teachers thanked me because my students came to them very strong in math.
I am now in Pre-K. This is my 3rd year and I am busy developing material for 4 and 5 year olds. I love it.

This is excellent curriculum, I will be using it with my 1st and 2nd graders. Thank you for producing a way to teach kids that helps them learn math instead of just memorizing facts.
Thanks for your comment. I used these worksheets, homework, and assessments as my math curriculum during the last 3 years I taught first grade. My students did very well on the assessments and second grade teachers said my students came to them very strong in math. I hope you have as much success with them as I did. I am currently in Pre-K and I love it. I am now busy developing what pre-k students need to be successful.
