My goal as a Kindergarten teacher is for all of my students to be excellent readers by the time they leave my classroom. Our reading series helps the students with reading skills such as main idea, and sequence of a story, however it doesn't focus enough on simply reading a book. It only provided one book per week for each student to read. This may help them learn to read, however it will not make them a great reader. Therefore, I decided to write a set of books for my students. Each set only focuses on the sight words that are introduced for that particular week. The wonderful thing about these books is that they are half-fold (so they don't use much paper) and students can take these home and keep them. I am very excited about bringing these books to you. Please take these books and have your students read and enjoy them as my students did.
** PLEASE NOTE - EACH BOOK COMES IN TWO PAGES. PUT THE PAGES TOGETHER, RUN THEM FRONT AND BACK AND FOLD THEM IN HALF TO MAKE THE BOOK.
