Even though Ms. Howell has already done an expert job organizing this content for logic and accessibility, I am truly grateful for her generous, open-source approach in providing this info as an editable word document. I've collected quite a "mish-mash" of great educational resources over the years, and when I'm pulling together a course or an assignment, I need to be able to adjust content to suit the audience/course parameters, instead of wasting time transcribing and transporting good-but-not-optimally-designed (and sometimes incomplete) material into a more usable framework. It's also important to me to be able to make visual and formatting "tweaks" that create a unified look to my course materials. (I wish more sellers would consider the added value to teachers of being able to edit/manage resources before deciding that "proprietary" formatting is necessary). THANK YOU, Ms. Howell!!!

This was very helpful to my class. The categories make finding the right word very simple. I've included this in my students' "Permanent Reference" folders. They can refer to it as they read their assignments.

I have been teaching high school for the past 8 years. Throughout that time, I have taught English in the 9th, 10th, and 11th grades. I have also taught multiple levels of ELD (ESL). In addition to actual "in class experience", I have been a curriculum development specialist for online education through California State University Fullerton (CSUF). I am currently awaiting my scores for National Board Certification (fingers crossed! I find out in November.)
