Tone and Mood are difficult concepts for students to grasp. Often the difficulty lies within trying to distinguish the two. In this PowerPoint presentation the terms will be defined and explored in a fun and interesting way. Using pictures, paintings and movies students will determine the tone and then look at their own reactions to find the mood. My own classes had a ton of fun with this PowerPoint.
