Tooth Trouble Problem/Solution
Tooth Story Sequencing
Toothy Fact and Opinion Sort (students will sort statements about teeth that are either facts or opinions; 3 worksheets are included with this-2 sorting and 1 for writing their own)
Science/Writing:
How to Brush Your Teeth
Tooth Can-Have-Are map
Dentist Can-Have-Are map
Science:
Healthy and Unhealthy snacks for teeth collages
Math:
Lost Teeth Survey/Graph/Analysis
JUST ADDED! I've added 8 research pages for your students to start researching teeth!
It also includes Essential Question posters to go along with the different skills within this packet.
I included a short book list that I will be using in my classroom, that you may have not heard or used before too. There are many others out there that I include in my class library.
